For this children’s book project, I was responsible for creating the full set of illustrations that bring the story and characters to life on the page. My process began with developing a visual language that matched the tone and theme of the narrative, focusing on expressive character design, engaging compositions, and age-appropriate colour palettes. I translated key moments in the text into vibrant, dynamic artwork that supports readability and enhances emotional engagement for young readers. Throughout the project, I maintained consistency in style and visual continuity across spreads while ensuring each illustration complemented the author’s voice. The final illustrations work together to create an inviting and immersive experience that enriches the story and resonates with children and their families alike.
